Delivery & Shipping Time

Digital Caricature Delivery

  • Caricatures featuring 1-2 persons are completed within 48 hours.
  • Caricatures with more individuals require 3-7 days for completion.
  •  Additional time may be required for caricature revisions or edits.

Printed Products

  • For customers selecting printed products, delivery time is an additional 5-10 days. Standard shipping times vary based on your location and shipping carrier. 
  • Printed products are shipped via courier services, and tracking details will be provided where applicable.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the above delivery and shipping timelines.

Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

Revision Policy

Customers can request an unlimited number of product revisions to ensure satisfaction with the caricature. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the scope of the original request and do not include major changes, such as altering the overall concept or adding new elements. Please note that each revision request may extend the final delivery timeline.

By requesting a product revision, you agree to these terms.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Shipping Methods

We use various shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, DPD, DHL and FedEx to ship your orders. The shipping carrier selected will depend on your shipping address and the size and weight of your package. If you’d like, you can receive a tracking number to track your package’s progress. We can send you the tracking number upon request.

Address Changes

We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SketchyGift.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
