Personalized products, such as digital caricatures, are non-refundable. Once the order is placed, no refunds will be issued as the product is custom-made and cannot be reused or resold.

We provide unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, such as if the order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.

For customers who select the optional printing service, a refund is possible for the printed product only, not the digital caricature. This request must be made before the printing process begins. Once the printing process starts, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
